v12 specializes in the sale of original pieces of automotive artwork plus modern and classic slot cars. Purchases can be made through the galley or via the website.

Buying a piece of artwork:
Payment may be made by Credit or Debit card (incl. Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express), cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer or cash. Works can only be released after funds have cleared v12’s bank account.

It is important to note that if buying through the website the confirmation of your order only indicates that we have received your order. No monies will be deducted from your account until the artwork/slot-car is confirmed to be available and packaged ready for dispatch. This is to avoid the unlikely possibility of the goods having been sold in the gallery and on-line, at the same time, should this be the case we will contact you an offer another.

The price of goods includes all taxes. There is no VAT added to the cost of your painting.

Delivery/Packaging Costs:
If you buy your artwork/slot-car in the gallery you may take the painting and incur no cost for delivery or bubble-wrap protection. If you request the artwork or slot-car to be delivered to you there will be a delivery charge. When purchasing in person we will quote you a postage charge, and when buying on-line you will be advised of the appropriate postage charge as part of your order. Owing to the fragile nature of the artwork, the paintings are usually packaged in a wooden crate, the cost of which is separately identified on the on-line ordering process.

Deliveries will be made by the carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to sign for and accept the delivery.

Delivery arrangements: We will deliver to you as quickly as possible. Normally this may be within 7-14 days or 14-21 days for international orders.

If we are not able to deliver your goods to you within 30 days we shall notify you by email.

Cancellation rights
If the purchaser has viewed and taken the artwork away from the gallery, the artwork is sold as seen and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to check for any damage before the artwork leaves the gallery. In this instance cancellation and/or refund is not available. The slot-cars for sale in the gallery are not returnable unless faulty.

If the purchaser is buying the artwork through the website and are dissatisfied with the purchase on delivery, then they are protected under the EU Distance Selling Regulations 2000, briefly the following conditions of Return and Refund apply:

• The intention to return the purchase must be communicated within 48 hours of delivery. When you contact the gallery a returns number will be given to you by the gallery.
